California State law requires all businesses with five or more employees to provide one hour of training on Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training to all subordinate employees by December 31, 2020. (Cal. Senate Bills 1343 and 778) Through a varied and interesting format, employees learn the basics of state and federal laws governing unlawful harassment based upon California’s protected categories (over 14 main classes plus several subclasses).

The instructor of this webinar will focus on current types of sexual harassment and “abusive conduct” in the workplace and train on employees’ obligations to help prevent it, with interesting examples and war stories about Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Work Environment Harassment.
