Questian, owner of ReQoncile Financials, has been providing bookkeeping services and solutions to a variety of clients for 15+ years. She finds great joy in getting small businesses off the ground and helping people gain greater control over their finances. Questian enjoys working with her diverse clientele and being entrusted with their business finances so that they can focus on what brings them the most joy: building their businesses and watching them flourish!

Most recently Questian has been working as the Director of Finance and Administration at a local non-profit. Prior to her time at the non-profit, she worked for many years in Operations at Deloitte. 

Questian is a licensed Certified Public Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Advanced Certified Pro Advisor, and an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice in front of the IRS. She is a member of both National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Her extensive experience in the financial realm allows her to offer a variety of bookkeeping and financial services to owners of small businesses and non-profits.
